As easy as 1, 2, 3...
With a cafe already onboard in your local area, all we need are the following 3 details to get your school receiving fresh, healthy lunch orders as early as next week!
Tell us the time and days you would like to receive delivery.
Let us know to what extent you would like to be involved with choosing the menu.
Provide the school’s details and start receiving commission straight away.
Designed specifically for schools.
Unlike other food ordering and delivery platforms, LunchFox has been developed specifically for schools and puts THEM in control.
We are NOT opening the floodgates to food deliveries from all food providers in the local area – managing such delivieries would be an unmanageable headache for schools! But these services are circling…
What we’re actually trying to do is open up the convenience of a healthy school lunch delivery service (a much sought after service by busy parents) in a highly controlled manner, putting the school in the driving seat.
About
LunchFox is the brainchild of ex teacher and kindergarten director, Louise Fisher. Realising there was huge market potential for a healthy school lunch service, Louise used her knowledge and understanding of the education industry (along with her real world experience as a mother) to create LunchFox.
With educational links, a focus on healthy food and good old fashioned community spirit, LunchFox is a service we all need in our lives.
We offer free information sessions, all delivered by Louise, for parents, teachers and school councils. So if you’d like to know more, we’d love to tell you more! Contact us today and get started.
Key Features
Passionate about healthy eating.
One of the key issues LunchFox set out to address was the common compromise of convenience over healthy options. Cafes on our platform construct their own menus but with a mandate to keep it healthy and also in partnership with the schools. Furthermore our school lunch menus in app are structured in a way to encourage balanced choices by parents covering the 5 food groups.
Schools control which cafes they connect with.
This may be a handful of local cafes or just one lucky vendor. The bottom line is that cafes want this business and to win a school’s business they will have to meet the school’s needs regarding delivery, storage and distribution.
Schools will have their own dashboard.
This dashboard will provide a full overview of deliveries for the day/week, allowing for full transparency as to what deliveries to expect on any given day.
Schools receive 5% commission on every order!
We understand that any form of external provider presents some logistics for a school. Our service is built to minimise these logisitcs for a service that parents are crying out for, but in recognition of the school’s role we want to share the revenue. Partners.

Canteen Tenders
If your school is about to go through tender for a new canteen, we would love to throw our hat into the ring.
With a commitment towards healthy eating and a real focus on community connection, more and more people are choosing LunchFox over a traditional school canteen. Here’s why …
- We are free and easy to set up: much simpler than the complex process involved in setting up a canteen
- There are no ongoing running costs associated with LunchFox
- You do not require parent volunteers or new, on-site staff to run the LunchFox service
- We handle all payments through the LunchFox app and provide invoices to parents at point of sale
- We provide variety: you can link with a number of different cafes to give your families choice throughout the week
- All of our food is fresh, healthy and in line with Nutrition Australia healthy lunchbox guidelines: this is written into our contracts and signed by café owners
- Linking with local cafes brings a strong sense of community to your food service
We are more than happy to complete Expression of Interest documents and can come along to pitch to your School Council. We’ve been through the process before, so we know how it works, coming prepared to answer any questions you and your school may have.
